DO WE NEED TO BRING DUVETS, TOWELS AND BEDSHEETS?

These do not come as standard, but you can add them as optional extras. 

DO WE NEED TO BRING TOILETRIES?

Yes, the motorhome does not come with any supplies.

WHAT APPLIANCES ARE THERE?

The motorhome has cooking facilities including and oven and gas hobs together with a fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, hot and cold running water, shower and toilet. USB sockets are found dotted around.

IS THERE A TV?

Yes there is a smart TV, although you will need to connect to a phone hotspot to use it.

WHERE CAN I DRIVE THE BOAT?

Currently you can only drive it in the UK.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check in is from 13:00 and checkout is 13:00.  Additional hours are available for £20 each if needed.

WHAT CROCKERY & ITEMS ARE IN THE KITCHEN?

The kitchen comes with plates. bowls, mugs. tumblers, wine glasses, cooking utensils, saucepans, frying pans, salt and pepper and other miscellaneous items.

CAN I BRING PETS?

On request we do allow you to bring up to 2 dogs free of charge.

IS THERE PARKING WHEN I PICKUP?

There is ample free unrestricted parking on the road.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT?

Yes, we will need to pre-authorise £2000 to cover potential damage caused during the hire. This is detailed here -Terms of hire

  • The security deposit of is a temporary transaction held on your credit or debit card for the duration of your motorhome holiday. It is payable on the day before collection of the motorhome on a credit or debit card. The card holder must be present at the office on collection of the motorhome and should have a phone/device which is linked to your banking app that will allow confirmation of the hold transaction.

IS INSURANCE PROVIDED?

Cover to drive the motorhome is included with each hire, however please note that there is £750 excess to pay should you need to claim?

CAN I DRIVE WITH POINTS ON MY LICENSE?

  • Just go can accept up to 2 sets of speeding fines per driver (i.e. SP30) although there is an additional charge for points on licence that were acquired within the last three years
  • For more than 2 sets of points or for any points that are not coded SP's please contact the office
  • We may not be able to arrange cover for convictions with the following codes: AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, MS, TT, UT and IN so please contact the office.

WHAT CHARGES APPLY IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

If cancelled within 24 hours of booking: 100% of the total cost will be refunded, unless the trip is within 14
nights, in which case the terms below take effect.
If cancelled more than 14 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 0% of the total hire cost or 0% of
booking deposit 
If cancelled 13 to 8 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 75% of the total hire cost; and
If cancelled 7 to 5 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 50% of the total hire cost; and
If cancelled 4 nights or less prior to the start of the Hire Period, or no-show: 100% of the total hire cost.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HOOKING UP TO MAINS ELECTRIC?

  • A power source of 240 volts is needed to fully power the motorhome
  • The on board 240v plug sockets can be used when hooked up
  • The fridge can be used off the mains electric
  • The leisure battery will also charge through the mains electric
  • A generator can also be used in place of a 240v mains hook up

WHAT WILL WORK IF WE DON'T CONNECT TO MAINS?

  • Lights are powered from the leisure battery
  • Water pump
  • TV
  • USB charging points
  • Heating and hot water
  • Toilet

*If your break is off grid then there is a £45 gas fee to cover the cost of extra gas consumed.

HOW DO I RETURN MY MOTORHOME?

  • All motorhomes must be returned to the collection address where it was picked up between 11:00 - 13:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
  • We ask the motorhome is returned with a full tank of diesel.
  • We ask the motorhome is returned with an empty toilet cassette and grey water tank, please make sure grey water & toilet cassettes are only disposed at approved disposal points.
  • Vehicles are expected to be returned in a clean and tidy condition
    - All floors clean
    - Food rubbish removed
    - Bathroom clean and tidy
    - Surfaces wiped
  • Vehicles must be cleaned unpacked and ready to be handed over to us.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY HOLIDAY?

Payment schedule

To ease the burden of the cost of your holiday, all bookings are made over 3 instalments, with 25% due at time of booking. 25% due 28 days before arrival and the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
